February 22, 2023It is wonderful to still access Maciocia and this information provides a good, simple and clear base with some useful formulas and point prescriptions. The presented research on HRT is completely outdated though, so this just needs to be kept in mind.

October 29, 2022This is such a great overview by the wonderful Maciocia of the Chinese Medicine understanding of menopause, the most common patterns and some great treatment suggestions. I particularly liked that examples of tongue pictures for the various patterns that are included. That’s very helpful! I thoroughly enjoyed this course, except for the section on research and HRT, which I believe is outdated and potentially misinforms practitioners.
