Fukushima Tetsuya graduated from the Japan Central Acupuncture College. He is an instructor at the Moxibustion Clinical Research and the Tokyo Iryo Senmon College. He is also an instructor in the Tokyo Traditional Nine Needles Research Group and presents workshops, mainly hands-on
seminars, for beginners and students.
